What data is handled and why.
Trenail is an editorial project. The responsible entity is Trenail. For legal purposes the project is established in Brazil. There is no public street address. The only channel is support@trenail.online.
Trenail has no user accounts and no forms. Personal data that arrives does so because a person chose to send an email.
Legal bases
Under Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where it applies, the GDPR, email correspondence is processed to reply to a request (legitimate interest / contract-like steps at the person’s initiative) and to meet legal duties (for example, a later refund record). Consent is not used as a catch-all.
What is kept
The content of an email, the address it came from, and dates. Hosting logs may include IP address, browser and time, for abuse prevention and aggregate traffic counts. Trenail does not sell lists and does not run a marketing database.
Retention
Editorial correspondence is kept only as long as needed to finish the request and to document a correction or a legal claim, then deleted. Hosting logs follow the host’s rotation. If a paid product is ever offered, billing records follow tax retention rules in Brazil.
Rights
A person may ask for access, correction, deletion, portability where applicable, and information about sharing. Requests go to the email above. Brazil’s national authority is the ANPD. In the EEA, a supervisory authority in the person’s country may also be used.
Cookies and similar
Trenail does not set a first-party analytics cookie. The host and the public network may process technical data needed to deliver the page. If a third-party pixel is added later, this policy will name it.
International transfer
Email and hosting may be processed outside Brazil. Trenail relies on the host’s contractual clauses and on the fact that correspondence is initiated by the sender.
Children
The library is for adults. Trenail does not knowingly keep data about people under 18.
